- I was born and raised in India as a sixth generation missionary's kid. (Don't give up.) How I came into the world involves all the drama Bollywood is well known for. What sounds like a tragic story is still the ground of meaning for my life. Hope is born in such strange ways. A year before I was born my dad was having an affair with a pretty blond missionary in another village, about a hundred Kilometers away. He had to get rid of my mom, so he pushed her over a cliff in Mussoorie, North India and went down to smash her head with a rock. He left her for dead. She was miraculously rescued and put into a body caste for at least a month. When the body caste came off, they had sex in a crazy fit of reconciliation and I was conceived. Today I am ok with shame and guilt, but I have learned that Blame is always excessive and yet the root of The Human Condition - an exciting story that ends and ends in our time! I am the guy who knows where there is blame there is need for forgiveness and a story in which meaning might be found. This blog is my way of expressing gratitude for being plugged into this dream to play a role.
