  1. I was amazed to learn how the hands are integrated with the image of the feet. I also learned a simply breathing technique for just any kind of in and out. While breathing in, lift the pinky fingers so they spin up and in. While breathing out direct the breath through the index finger and open the palms. And then, while breathing in press the hips forward and while breathing out draw the hips back. After a while you understand that the breath can be developed like a muscle along these "real" lines, strings, of energy. Breath is energy, after all.
