  1. Here we see the Sacral Law of Seven and a formula for breathing that involves a count of 1in-3out-2in-1out-3in-3out..back to one in. And the body part relates to elbow-hands-shoulders-feet-knees-hips. This can be done as the first yoga gravity stretch on feet, knees, and hands. Yoga is a practice that requires touch and demonstration. To really show you my yoga we would need to be there.
